Peninsula Patriots welcomes all who love America but fear that reckless government now threatens our individual freedom. Join us if you wish to learn more about what you as a responsible citizen can and should do to preserve our liberty and free market economy. The purpose of our organization is three-fold:

 

(1) To provide a safe and constructive environment in which to discuss issues of critical importance to us, the Peninsula and to our country

 

  1. (2)To disclose the truth concerning government's coercive policies, principles and methods at the cost of eroding our individual liberty (statism)


  1. (3)To determine what action we will take to reclaim our republic

 

We believe the need to curtail irresponsible government has never been greater. While Peninsula Patriots respect opposing points of view, the nature of our association and urgent time constraints preclude antagonistic ideological debate. If you hold beliefs contrary to the principles on which our constitutional republic was founded, we encourage you to dialogue with others in forums better suited to your goals

The Tea Party Express, a PAC run by GOP operatives that sponsored a bus tour of America in April, arrived in Washington on Tax Day to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Tea Party movement (and to mourn tax day). To mark the occasion, the group announced its list of "Tea Party Targets" and "Tea Party Heroes" for this fall's elections.

Making the target list:

  3. 3Sen. Arlen Specter, D-Pa.

  4. 4Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif.

  7. 7Rep. Baron Hill, D-Ind.

  8. 8Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass.
